Compensation plan:

Quarterly vesting stock offering caps are based on individual's standings/ratings per IMBD and SAG references and the Hiring Manager's approval, and tiered as follows:
A list = 140,845 (estimated stock cash value of $5 million/quarter*);
B list = 28,170 (estimated stock cash value of $1 million/quarter*);
C list = 14,064 (estimated stock cash value of $500,000/quarter*);
Shares of stock in GS Partners Inc offering based on your standings/ratings per IMBD and SAG references and vested via dividing the total quarterly allotment as earned per hourly based on a maximal 20 work week for stock recording purposes.
IF you are productions crew:
Shares of stock in GS Partners Inc offering based on the highest level of talent involved (documented) in your past production work as per the standings/ratings of such highest level of talent (per IMBD and SAG references) from productions on which you've worked, and tiered as follows. Quarterly vesting stock offering caps are based on movie's standings/ratings per IMBD and SAG references and the Hiring Manager's approval, and tiered as follows:
if your past production(s) work involved an A list movie = 140,845 (estimated stock cash value of $5 million/quarter*);
if your past production(s) work involved an B list movie = 28,170 (estimated stock cash value of $1 million/quarter*);
After 90 days of successful performance with our organization you are eligible to apply for applicable VOWAS household or independent member benefits and services to begin as soon as possible.

Compensation plan:
- stock vesting over 3 months, with a renewable option based on performance
- Up to a 25% Revenue share on applicable nonprofit fundraise income through your leadership/Division and up to a 25% matching Revenue share on your select co-branded non-profit organizations, OR (if you choose to donate your revenue share income to assist another non-profit organization) up to a 50% matching Revenue share on your select co-branded non-profit organization(s)

There is also an opportunity, with at least an 80% PER (Performance or Effective Rating) score from your supervisor (per your weekly submitted Depat.org form) after your first twelve (12) weeks, to advance into an associate level (higher) stock earning role, and an opportunity to re-contract in the same role after the three (3) month term expires.
