Marketing Director / Senior Director
As an option for supplemental income, Marketing Directors qualify to get paid revenue share commissions on all candidates you refer to work with us whom enrolls organizations into GS Media Advertising programs. As soon as you've achieved three organizations who are processed and approved by Goodstars as Advertising organizations, you've earned the option to work as Senior Director. If you opt to work in a Senior Director level role, you qualify to immediately begin being paid a revenue share on all Marketing Directors who have completed their Fast Track with you, and you begin overseeing your Director's Advertising approval process (Senior Director). If your Director is not yet a Senior Director, and they also onboard a new Marketing Director, you also Direct that new Marketing Director and receive a revenue share commission on that new Director. As a Senior Director, your individual revenue share commission is paid at a rate of up to 5% of the organizations ACES level, depending on your individual performance tier, and on the Director's level whom you're supervising.
Example:
You've worked for four weeks and you've had three organizations processed and approved by Goodstars. You've personally recruited five other Marketing Directors who have worked with another Senior Director in the interim, and all five have had at least one organization approved for Advertising enrollment. You now opt to work in a Senior Director level role Supervising Marketing Directors, and you are eligible to receive revenue share commission as a Senior Director who is now supervising your director's Advertising meetings. You now work as Senior Director over those five directors and other new directors you are recruiting. You also work as Senior Director over any new directors your directors are recruiting.

5 star: 5% commission (star level reached when any of your Marketing Director's 5th client is approved)
4 star: 4% commission (star level reached when any of your Marketing Director's 4th client is approved)
3 star: 3.5% commission (star level reached when any of your Marketing Director's 3rd client is approved)
2 star: 3% commission (star level reached when any of your Marketing Director's 2nd client is approved)
1 star: 2.5% commission (star level reached when any of your Marketing Director's 1st client is approved)
0 star: 2% commission NEW SENIOR DIRECTOR revenue share
Once you achieve a higher star rating you maintain it the whole fiscal quarter* as long as minimal performance goals and minimal production goals are maintained for that star level's classification**.
*Quarter 1: Jan, Feb Mar; Quarter 2: Arp, May, Jun; Quarter 3: Jul, Aug, Sep; Quarter 4: Oct, Nov, Dec.
** To maintain achieved performance tier for the following quarter, a Senior Director must have an average PER (Performance or Effective Rating) of 80% or higher and the following number of new Marketing Directors with a 1st client accepted in the current quarter: 5 stars must have 10 new directors, 4 stars must have 8, 3 stars must have 6, 2 stars must have 4, 1 stars must have 2.
Onboarding role:
Vice President level: starts at a 3 star level commissions and overrides.
Assistant Vice President level: starts at a 2 star level commissions and overrides.
Director-in-Training level: starts at a 1.5 star level commissions and overrides.
Fast promotions due to good performance:
"Fast promotions" are determined based on a new contractor's "Promotion Interview" to assess their performance after they've started Onboarding and as per their Chief's, VP's, or Director's recommendation. Fast Promotions are applicable as approved per District, up to district caps and/or team caps.
If awarded a Fast Promotion, a Vice President is provided a 3.5 star level commissions & overrides.
If awarded a Fast Promotion, an Assistant Vice President is provided a 2.5 star level commission & overrides.
If awarded a Fast Promotion, a Director-in-Training is provided a 2 star level commission & overrides.
Same day commission for new contractors:
New contractors who are working with their Upline Director can be awarded same day commissions on the first day of their first successful VOWAS and/or Advertising Package enrollments(s). There is no limit to the number of enrollments, as long as each enrollee successfully completed their enrollment on the contractor's "first enrollment(s)" same day before 1:00pm of the contractor's time zone. This is a one-time offering only valid for new contractors and good only within 15 days of the date the contractor e-signed their online workforce agreements. After the same day commission, the commission paycycle reverts back to the usual process (request commissions owed by Sunday evenings to be paid by Thursdays evenings).

Career referral bonuses on new onboarded contractors
All active contractors in good status and who are logging their minutes, commissions, and stock certificate bonuses weekly in their Depat.org account qualify to receive up to 1,500 shares of pre-IPO stock in VOWAS.org (GS Partners Inc) on each new contractor candidate who has Onboarded directly from their solo referral after the new contractor has successfully completed their 12-week new hire phase. Note: other than the Recruiter role, recruiting is not a requirement as it is optional for all who seek to maximize their income potential.
